Seller sale terms — Catalena Ranch
All sales are final. Animals must be picked up within 14 days of sale. Animals held longer than 14 days will be 50/50 at risk of buyer and seller. Buyer assumes all risk upon pickup.

Platform fees and any deposit are disclosed at checkout. Card and ACH payments are collected through GusRanch; wire and check are paid to the seller directly. A deposit reserves the animal and is non-refundable: if the buyer fails to complete the purchase, the buyer forfeits the deposit.
GusRanch reserves the right to cancel, void, or reverse any transaction, at any time and in its sole discretion — including where it identifies or suspects a listing or pricing error, fraud, misrepresentation, prohibited use, or for any other reason — and to refund amounts collected without further liability. Cancellation of a transaction does not, by itself, create any obligation of GusRanch to the buyer or seller beyond returning amounts GusRanch collected.
